1.     Job Summary:

Managing Labiba’s complex IT infrastructure by implementing advanced security protocols, designing scalable network solutions, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Leading efforts in automating repetitive tasks, ensuring high availability of services, and collaborating with technical teams to integrate AI-driven functionalities.

Responsibilities:

·      Implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, to safeguard Labiba’s infrastructure.

·      Developing and testing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring the organization can quickly recover from disruptions.

·      Creating automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure management and reduce manual workload.

·      Designing and managing scalable network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations, to meet the company’s evolving needs.

·      Overseeing user account management, permissions, and authentication systems to ensure secure access control.

·      Documenting system configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes to maintain clarity and ensure consistency.

·      Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and privacy.

·      Managing the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

·      Continuously monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

·      Leading the resolution of complex technical issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

·      Planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to keep the infrastructure up-to-date and secure.

·      Collaborating with development teams to support the integration of AI-driven solutions, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

·      Staying updated on emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact, and recommending enhancements to the infrastructure.

Qualifications:

 Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience: Not less than 3 years of experience within a related field.

Advanced with Azure, SQL server, mongodb, windows server management.

 Advanced Problem-solving skills.

Advanced networking skills.
